Dewey Beach Surf Shop Raffle Terms:
DBSS can only provide service on the ocean side beaches in Dewey Beach (typically March - November)
No holiday or holiday weekend dates (extra fees apply)
No more than 24 people at your bonfire (extra fees apply)
No alcohol allowed May 15 - September 15 (town policy)
Additional items (chairs, tables, games, etc.) may be requested for an additional cost

By participating in this raffle, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: Each raffle entry is valid upon purchase through our Squarespace site. Entries are open to individuals 18 years or older.
Entry Confirmation: The downloadable item received upon purchase is for confirmation purposes only. Your contact information (name, email address, phone number, etc) used at checkout serves as your official entry into the raffle. No physical or digital ticket is required to claim the prize (only receipt of purchase).
Multiple Entries: Participants may enter multiple times by increasing the quantity at checkout. This method is recommended over placing multiple separate transactions. Each quantity purchased equals one raffle entry.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a gift basket donated by a local restaurant or retail business. The contents and value of the gift basket may vary.
Proceeds: All proceeds from this raffle will directly benefit the Lewes Fire Department.
Drawing & Notification: The winner will be randomly selected and contacted via the email/phone used during purchase (or “I Love Lewes” Group via Facebook) at the end of September 2026 after the LDSH has terminated.
Claiming the Prize: If the selected winner does not respond or claim the prize within 3 days of being contacted, a new winner will be drawn and the prize will be awarded to the next eligible entry.
No Refunds: All raffle entries are final and non-refundable.
